Buying and delivery

What exactly do I get? Three PDFs — the 74-page guide, the 43-page workbook with 20 worksheets, and the 11-page toolkit — plus a lock-screen card image for your phone. They arrive as a single download.

How is it delivered? Instantly. A download link is sent to the email address you use at checkout, and appears on the confirmation page.

Will anything sensitive appear on my bank statement or in my inbox? Your statement will show the store name. Filenames in the download are discreet, and the lock-screen card carries a neutral title with nothing on it identifying the subject.

Can I print it? Yes. The workbook is designed to work printed or on a phone, and stays legible in black and white.

The material itself

Is this only for men? No. It is written for men and women, and the examples rotate across both, and across married and unmarried readers.

Do I have to read all four pathways? No. You complete only the pathway that matches what you actually recognise in yourself. Reading one never implies the others apply to you.

Do I have to tell anyone or join a group? No. There is no account, no community and no accountability partner requirement. The guide is explicit that choosing to tell nobody is a complete and legitimate answer.

Will I be asked to write down explicit details? No. Every worksheet can be completed with ticks, single words or private shorthand. You are never asked for browsing history, message content or descriptions of anything.

Does it promise I will stop? No, and be wary of anything that does. It does not promise a cure, guaranteed abstinence, a fixed timeline or a biological reset. What it offers is a structure and a set of prepared responses.

Is six weeks a deadline? No. It is a way of spacing the work so each change is installed before the next is added. Missing a week is not a reason to start again.

The Islamic content

Who wrote the religious material? References are given with their exact sources so you can check them yourself. They are offered as grounding, not as a ruling on your situation.

What about matters scholars disagree on? Where there is recognised disagreement, the guide says so plainly and takes no position. It will not present one view as unanimous. For a ruling that accounts for your circumstances, ask a qualified scholar.
